Working with Thompson Roofing as so easy and it was made easier by Steve Young. He walked us through our options and didn’t make us feel pressured about the sale. From the time I called to the very end, everything went smoothly and professionally! Steven Young called immediately after the office called him! We set a time for the estimate and he was here on time and explained everything and gave options.  We chose the metal roof. They put insulation under it and it made a big difference inside. We had a great experience with Thompson Roofing.   When our roof was damaged after few storms, we called Thompson Roofing for an inspection because they did the roof of our neighbor. Bryan Garlock promptly called us back and set up an appointment we appreciate how fast and friendly he was.  He came and explained to us what he would be doing and he made a thorough inspection of our roof and he also checked our attic. He took pictures and videos showing us the roof condition. He explained to us that they will communicate with our insurance company and they will comply with the insurance company requirements. It was a relief for us because we didn’t know what to do, but he knew.  Bryan was very professional and easy to work with him, knowledgeable and helpful. Through all the process he was beside us. Also, he was very patient, taking time to answer all our questions. He explained to us our options step by step. He guided us and let us have time to make up our decisions. He also came back when we were debating between two color shingles. He took the time and showed us again both alternatives that we were debating about and we made the decision.  We told our coworkers about him because we were and are very pleased with his work ethic. The roofing crew were great too. Thompson roofing is a company that i would refer to anyone wanting to install a metal roof. My salesman Steve Young was very attentive to detail and took time to answer all my questions clearly. Steve and his crew did a very professional job and cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they had been here.
