From start to finish, Steven Young was a pleasure to work with. He was the only guy that physically got up on the roof and also in a very timely manner once I asked for a quote. He answered any and all question’s that I had and was always available for a call or text. Once the work started, it was completed professionally and I was updated throughout the whole process. After reading reviews I asked Thompson Roofing to come out, inspect the roof, and find the source of a leak. Bryan Garlock provided exceptional service in assessing the roof, setting up my service appointment, and checking for after service customer satisfaction. In addition he made adjustments on the spot that were needed. The Thompson office and crew provided a timely repair. Workers had a neat and professional appearance. Working with Thompson Roofing as so easy and it was made easier by Steve Young. He walked us through our options and didn’t make us feel pressured about the sale. I was so impressed with Thompson Roofing & Construction.  Jackson Vaughn, Nathan, Miguel and team were very informative and professional.  I had fascia and gutters replaced on main house, and the detached garage re-roofed and re-sided. When water damage was found under the old siding, they notified, explained the fix, and  executed the repair. From the time I called to the very end, everything went smoothly and professionally! Steven Young called immediately after the office called him! We set a time for the estimate and he was here on time and explained everything and gave options.  We chose the metal roof. They put insulation under it and it made a big difference inside. We had a great experience with Thompson Roofing.   When our roof was damaged after few storms, we called Thompson Roofing for an inspection because they did the roof of our neighbor. Bryan Garlock promptly called us back and set up an appointment we appreciate how fast and friendly he was.  He came and explained to us what he would be doing and he made a thorough inspection of our roof and he also checked our attic. He took pictures and videos showing us the roof condition. He explained to us that they will communicate with our insurance company and they will comply with the insurance company requirements. It was a relief for us because we didn’t know what to do, but he knew.  Bryan was very professional and easy to work with him, knowledgeable and helpful. Through all the process he was beside us. Also, he was very patient, taking time to answer all our questions. He explained to us our options step by step. He guided us and let us have time to make up our decisions. He also came back when we were debating between two color shingles. He took the time and showed us again both alternatives that we were debating about and we made the decision.  We told our coworkers about him because we were and are very pleased with his work ethic. The roofing crew were great too.
